We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Partnerships Manager - CPIM HEAD INTERNATIONAL.

Principal responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners, with a structured consulting framework to identify the partnership landscape and opportunity across both GBA and AMH.

  • Analyze competitor activities and report findings to inform strategic decisions.

  • Take ownership and manage partnership pitches and analysis to achieve the partnership strategy and collaboration.

  • Collaborate closely with partners in China and internal WPB stakeholders to implement projects effectively.

  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

  • Lead partnership meetings to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and maintained

  • Required to build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at pace, both with partners and stakeholders.

  • Project management to ensure delivery of projects, POCs, sprint planning, mange partner onboarding to deliver projects.

  • Manage conflicts of interest and align stakeholders to vision.

  • Manage partners and internal stakeholders with an agile approach to ensure excellent delivery

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

  • Stakeholders will include, but are not limited to the following: Partners in China and internal stakeholders including CPM teams, Operations and Technology/ Procurement/ Data and Analytics/ Legal/Compliance/Risk.

  • Manage and work to ensure capability in progressing objectives but does not lose sight of the profitability and productivity outcomes.

  • Explore new partners and build connections to identify potential partnership collaboration.

  • Manage and nurture excellent relationship with partners for long-term collaboration.

  • Frequent travelling within China and occasionally to HK.

Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital banking / Fintech landscape and can translate opportunities into execution approach and strategy.

  • University graduate.

  • At least 10-12 years of experience working in multinational firm is preferred.

  • A strong understanding of the China landscape and experience in China.

  • Experience and track record of successfully leading/involving a partnership deal.

  • Speak and write fluent English and Mandarin.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
