We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Personal Assistant.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management Executives and teams
- Assist in diary management and travel arrangements
- Support event logistics, all administrative and clerical activities
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain records and reports properly
- Arrange couriers, ensure marketing materials to be distributed timely and correctly
- Handle sensitive data and follow up all outstanding issues timely
- Assist new joiner and leaver logistics
- Ad-hoc duties when required
To be successful you will need
- Solid secretarial experience with proven track record in serving senior executives and a team
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Fusion etc.
- Mature, strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle multi tasks and work independently under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with good business acumen
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Think critically and proactively, prioritize items that need attention and offer solutions to problems
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
