We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Owner - ASP CMB COO OFFSHORE TEAM - CH.

Principal responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning

  • Develop a roadmap for digital currency payment products, driving product innovation based on market demand and technological trends.

  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and regulatory policies to identify opportunities and develop differentiated competitive strategies.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (technology, compliance, and marketing) to ensure product goals are aligned with company strategy.

Product Design and Delivery

  • Led the design of payment processes, including core functionality such as digital money wallets, settlement interfaces, and API integration.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to drive product development, testing, and launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and an optimized user experience. Monitor product performance and continuously iterate features through data-driven decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure product compliance with local regulatory frameworks.

  • Work with legal and compliance teams to design risk control processes to address digital money volatility, transaction security, and anti-money laundering challenges.

Banking and Partnerships

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to promote the commercialization of digital money payment solutions.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with blockchain platforms and other technology providers.

Marketing and Customer Operations

  • Develop product promotion strategies and enhance brand influence through case studies, white papers, and industry events.

  • Collect customer feedback and optimize product features to meet the needs of both corporate clients (e.g., e-commerce, B2B).

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or education.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, having led the full lifecycle development of at least one product.

  • Basic knowledge of bank payments and settlements

  • Experience with digital money/blockchain technology (e.g., Stablecoins, CBDCs, Tokenised Deposit) preferred.

  • Background in international banks/financial institutions preferred (familiarity and interest in international banking and payments regulations preferred).

Require Skills

  • Communication and Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbally with bank's internal risk managers (E.g., Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, Sustainability, Tax, Treasury etc) and regulators to facilitate the implementation of complex projects.

  • Fluent English speaking and document writing, presentation deck preparation (preferred)

  • Payment Process Knowledge: Understanding of bank payment and settlement processes and clearing liquidity arrangements.

  • Product Management Skills: Mastery of agile development methodologies and product management lifecycles.

  • Risk Sensitivity: Familiarity with the financial regulatory frameworks of Hong Kong and Singapore and understanding of digital money compliance requirements in major global markets (EU, UK, US).

Certification Preferred

  • Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM).

  • Project Management Professional certification.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
