We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Productivity Management Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Monitor Distribution performance to upkeep business momentum
- Enhance MI platform and generate constructive reports and analysis for performance management
- Foster collaboration among WPB and other intra group entities
- Manage a professional team
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement Group Compliance Policy, maintain awareness of operational risk & minimize the likely of occurring
Requirements
- University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
- Over 10 years of experience with in-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector and distribution (branch, contact centre, digital) management
- Solid knowledge in banking products/operations, accounting and financial analysis, and performance management
- Practical, positive experience in frontline productivity and incentive management, preferably in a sales distribution context
- Positive role model and highly self-motivated with great levels of creativity, initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, with proven ability to lead a team, set stretch goals and the ability to deliver results with courage and tenacity
- Strong leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
