We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Productivity Management Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Monitor Distribution performance to upkeep business momentum
  • Provide analytical support on business planning and strategic initiatives
  • Enhance MI platform and generate constructive reports and analysis for performance management
  • Foster collaboration among WPB and other intra group entities
  • Manage a professional team
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement Group Compliance Policy, maintain awareness of operational risk & minimize the likely of occurring
Requirements
  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
  • Over 10 years of experience with in-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector and distribution (branch, contact centre, digital) management
  • Solid knowledge in banking products/operations, accounting and financial analysis, and performance management
  • Practical, positive experience in frontline productivity and incentive management, preferably in a sales distribution context
  • Positive role model and highly self-motivated with great levels of creativity, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly motivated, with proven ability to lead a team, set stretch goals and the ability to deliver results with courage and tenacity
  • Strong leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
