We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Business: CIB - GPS Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for Payment Data Platforms (PDP), providing end-to-end support for service delivery, including system infrastructure analysis, data observability, and gap identification. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to communicate service capabilities, limitations, and strategic updates.
  • Lead Service Management and Governance by taking ownership of ITSO (IT Service Owner) delegate responsibilities, collaborating with architects to define Future State Architectures (FSA), and driving roadmaps, priority lists, and cost-benefit analyses to align service evolution with business goals.
  • Deliver High-Profile Projects as a Solution Lead, overseeing critical initiatives such as data center migrations (e.g., cross-region platform transitions), ensuring adherence to senior leadership commitments and compliance with regulatory or business-critical requirements.
  • Drive Agile Transformation by leading legacy teams through Agile adoption, optimizing time-to-change, refining working models, and fostering a culture of iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen Knowledge Management by consolidating platform documentation, maintaining up-to-date system insights, and creating actionable guidance for operational and strategic decision-making. Key role in the high-profile project data migration from Datacenter(DC) a to DC b, acting as the solution lead associate.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in payment systems, data platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in Agile transformations and process optimization within technical teams.
  • Understanding about the banking payment systems is the MUST. Deep understanding on payments domain is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility and a good team player.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage costs, and align deliverables with business objectives.
