We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Business: CIB - GPS Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for the Payment SWIFT utility projects delivery to meet the business requirement within the agreed schedules.
- Conduct the system development, SIT, UAT, implementation and post-release activities with clear documentation supplemented.
- Provide the application support to production and work with business users on the query in the production application.
- Work closely with Regional / Global project teams and users to provide appropriate IT solutions.
- Establish a good relationship and work collaboratively with regional system owner and support teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to group policy, group compliance of all internal controls and external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years application development and support working experience.
- Solid technical skills in Java, Linux and Oracle.
- Good communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English.
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility and a good team player.
- Capable of working under pressure and effectively managing priorities to meet tight timelines.
