We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities
- Being the key quality assurance contributor in agile team;
- Follow the best testing and QA practice in discipline, and contribute the own thoughts of implementation and improvement;
- Collect and analysis test metrics and evaluate the test efficiency & quality;
- Analyze business requirements, scope, to identify testing needs and approach;
- Implement global unified testing strategy with fully agile approach;
- Liaising with product owner (or BA) and developers for clarity on stories, acceptance criteria and testing scope;
- Monitor, drive and report testing progress through test metrics; keep project stakeholders informed of issues and risks;
- Communicate with the relevant stakeholder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects;
- Drive test efficiency and quality improvement activity in the project teams;
- Create and maintain reusable automated test scripts/programs using Cucumber + Selenium + Appium with existing testing framework;
- Conduct automated testing in API, Web GUI, Mobile GUI platforms;
- Conduct automated testing as continuous integration by using Jenkins in a stable and scalable manner;
- Practitioner in agile activities stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years testing experiences.
- Experience over 3+ years on Java, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Git, etc.
- Experience over 2+ years on UI automation testing.
- Experience over 3+ years in CI/CD tool.
- Oral and written English is MUST.
- Banking knowledge is an advantage.
- Good presentation skill is preferred.
- Mobile programming knowledge: have done some unit test or UI test using Swift or Kotlin.
