In this role you will: 
  • The requirements are equal to the role of (Senior) Client Manager in Global Trade Solutions
  • Contribute to the overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention, reduced sales time on service and onboarding as well as maximization of limits utilization
  • Management of relationship with existing priority/premium clients in scope of trade finance products (guarantees and core trade) with assurance of high quality service
  • Providing ongoing support for the clients in terms of guarantee and core trade transactions as well as any systems related matters
  • Coordination of onboarding of new guarantee and core trade facilities and system implementation
  • Support for GTS sales in structuring of non-standard trade solutions
  • Providing product and system trainings for the clients 
  • Conduct of client reviews and client visits, monitor client experience trend, limit utilization and service quality
  • Analysis of guarantee and core trade transaction processes aiming to improve the quality of service offered to the customers
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the new GTS solutions
  • Management of guarantee and core trade products in line with local and group requirements
  • Close cooperation with the teams within the branch, in particular GTS Sales and relationship managers, within GSC in particular with guarantee and core trade processing teams as well as with GTS regional teams

Information
  • Accomplished studies in relevant discipline (Banking, Finance, Economics, etc.) 
  • Experience in banking in handling/sale of trade finance products
  • Extensive knowledge of trade finance products
  • Excellent knowledge of rules and regulations concerning trade services (ICC and others)
  • Knowledge of market needs and customers expectations in the area of trade finance products
  • Very good knowledge of bank systems and processes related with guarantee and core trade products
  • Well working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluency in written and in spoken Polish and English
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work in international environment
  • Experience in customer service facing role
