Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Software Delivery Officer (Generic).
Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities

- Deliver high standard service to users using core banking systems and locally developed programs
- Assist in deploying new software and upgrades
- Provide assistance and advice to customer groups and management on systems’ issues
- Assist in coordinating with local business and Regional IT to implement initiatives from the business
- Provide coaching to team members/subordinates in technical issues
Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk by:
- Remaining compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines.
- Ensuring strict compliance with government banking regulations
- Timely implementing internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering field
- Have experience on Core Banking System
- Supervisory skill
- Good command of English
