We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Agile Scrum Master.
Business: IWPB Technology 
Principal responsibilities 
•Enable new ways of Agile working through hands on coaching of teams.
•Engage with agile teams and coach them through a journey of agile adoption.
•Hands on coaching including how to perform key agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review, retrospective.
•Identify and raise challenges and obstacles, and work collaboratively with leadership and teams to resolve them.
•Enable teams to realize business outcomes and deliver to sprint goals and tech scorecard.

Requirements

•University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant discipline.
•5+ years of relevant program/project management.
•Knowledge about scrum values & Agile ceremonies.
•Good prioritisation, negotiation and communication skills.
•Experience with Agile frameworks and methods, like SAFe.
•Proficient in agile project management tools: jira and confluence.
•Experience being an agile lead.                                            
                                           
Nice to have:
•Strong work ethic and team player experienced working with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
•Real passion for elegance and efficiency in software engineering and always strive for continuous improvements via automated processes.
•Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
•Good track record of delivering change on architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions, preferably in a financial institution.
