We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Manager - HASE COLLECTIONS.

Principal responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to the continuous performance improvement of the Collections Associate population through coaching and mentoring assignments.

  • Conduct deputy role responsibilities in support of operational needs.

  • Specialty projects designed to increase operational effectiveness or enhance customer experience as necessary.

  • Be responsible for HASE Collection strategy execution, procedure design & delivery, system enhancement assistance and MI development.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Proficient capability of Cantonese, English and Mandarin (listening, speaking and writing).

  • High effective telephone negotiation skills and strong but courteous telephone manner with internal stakeholder or our customer.

  • Comprehensive knowledge on contact centre operations and infrastructure include but not limit to workforce management, corporate dialer etc.

  • Customer centricity mindset

  • Strong coaching and performance management skill in call quality control and people development.

  • Strong understanding and mindset on internal and external compliance and regulatory requirement with collections

  • Good PC knowledge and skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.)

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
