We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Third Party Engagement Analyst – Consultancy within Global Procurement.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Administrative support to the TPEM for completion of the following activities: 
  • TPEM control tasks across the in-scope suppliers – for example, annual collection, check & validation of appropriate insurance certificates.
  • Data request fulfilment, capture and collation and analysis of MI or operational reports to help support the TPEM – covering both internal data sources related to how/when/what the in-scope third parties are being used for and any external data collection that might be necessary to support supplier management activities.  
  • Response and pro-active communication & guidance to local procurement teams implementing local Call Offs under the Global Frameworks 
  • Support the Third Party Engagement Manager for the set up and ongoing third-party risk management activities associated with the Global Framework Agreements owned by Procurement in the Workforce Sourcing Team.
