We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Lead Data Analyst
Principal responsibilities
This role is responsible & accountable for the successful delivery of the following areas:
- To work collaboratively with Product owner and in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options.
- To work with country team/ business with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements.
- Take lead in Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and deliver solutions using various tools and languages like Oracle, VBA, MS access, MS Visio, etc.
- Lead, Drive and manage Implementation including planning, controlling, and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment. Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g., pilot).
- Understand complex issues and review large amounts of data to identify the appropriate action/ solution.
- Experience of handling medium to large product related projects/work streams in terms of system implementation, requirement gathering, analyzing the requirements, drafting, and finalizing BRD, working closely with the country teams, is mandatory.
- Leading teams across MDM within and outside of base location to perform core day to day activities as well as identifying, understanding, and communicating, issues or challenges which may occur and where possible recommending actions to manage or resolve.

- 8 years plus working knowledge of client reference data.
- Understanding of the financial industry gained through experience or training courses.
- Understanding of Payments, Accounts and Products, KYC, Credit & Lending.
- Demonstrable experience in design, build and implementation of Target Operation Model and Governance.
- Experience or qualifications in programming languages, preferably including Python and SQL.
- Understanding data lineage, profiling & data quality measurement.
