We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator - Business Services.
Principal responsibilities
Support team with daily administration work, including:
- Supplier payment support
- Place Electronic Purchase Order, prepare for payment and communication with supplier on payment; material preparation
- Manage team budget and actual spending.
- Support in consolidate report data.
- Other daily administration support work.
- Travel requirement to Shenzhen on need basis.
- University graduate or above.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word.
- Administration related experience.
- Experience in expense and third party payment handling.
- Flexible and responsible, fast learner, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
