WPB Credit Control Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Application Management Manager (Unsecured Loan).

Principal responsibilities

• Provide data analysis to assist management to develop the operation model to ensure the application logistics in line with business requirement, customer satisfaction and compliance with the group and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor the performance of operation teams to ensure that they are working according to predefined guidelines and to ensure their quality of work can meet the Bank's standard and fulfill the business target
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the loan application journey in accordance with the Bank's policies as well as participate in system enhancement and other ad-hoc projects to drive automation
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures, and to mitigate the risks
  

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting and Technology disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ banking / financial institution experience
• Preferably with exposure to regulatory and compliance as advantage
• Strong business sense with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Access
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment
• Ability to embrace change and overcome challenges
