Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Data Management (12 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • From data point of view, to perform liaison with relevant parties including vendor and pension administration colleagues in the formulation of data and technology solutions to facilitate eMPF data migration
  • Understand the full scope of data mapping requirements
  • Fully document scope of all related data flow, relating to each deliverable facilitating migration
  • To undertake project by participating in working group, reviewing data requirements specification and IT documentation. To conduct and undertake walkthrough processes to advise users on the data implications of new developments
  • To collaborate with users on required data flows to define an optimal and efficient data migration process
  • Engage and influence key cross functional stakeholders and work with internal & external partners
  • To assist in Monitoring of Data Quality
  • Successful implementation of eMPF Migration
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Associated Degree holder or above, experience in pension (MPF/ORSO) would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in IT system implementation projects with basic finance (payment & receipt) knowledge
  • Experience in a Business Analysis (Data) or Data Quality or Project Management capacity is preferable
  • Experience of Agile Approach
  • Experience of SQL Knowledge, understand concepts of database
  • Experience of Alteryx, IBM (iSeries/ AS400/ Query) is preferred but not a must
