Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

    Closely monitor BAU regulatory reporting like PRIS and SHIA and ensure data reported timely and accurately.

    Carry out PRIS, SHIA data governance, improve URP reporting system and enhance reporting data quality and reporting logic based on frequent regulator’s requirements, INSH biz & product changes and data governance self-check result.

    Extract data from insurance core system based on ad-hoc requests either for internal analysis/reporting or external regulatory reporting purpose. And Support analysis on the data if necessary.

    Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

      University graduate with at least 4 years’ working experience in HSBC or elsewhere in a related operation service area;

      Good knowledge of life insurance business and core system data base.

      Organized and analytical thinking, strong verbal and communication skills, commercial and strategic thinking and highly initiative

      Self-starter, independent with good organizational skills;

      Lateral thinking/problem solving skills;

      Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure and within time constraints.
