Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Be responsible for sales quality review including the review of sales documents, dual recording, Wechat Enterprise and etc. to ensure the sales process follows the internal and external policies
• To ensure the sales quality review process meets the internal and external requirements
• Delivery of report and analysis, ensure the accuracy of relevant record and data sales of quality review
• Providing supporting on system development and/or enhancement if necessary, e.g. dual recording system, issue report system, SCRM and etc.
• To design, set up and implement the sales quality management function
• Delivery fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable Must be a team player.
• Strong Microsoft application knowledge.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and engage the senior management to discuss key risks/mitigations, business impact, recommendations and next steps
