We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President Customer Engagement and Support.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Boost HSBC Business Go (BG) platform traffic by preparing, publishing and maintaining articles / content relevant to and of interest to SMEs.  Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders as appropriate
  • Support planning and implementation of on-page Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies, including content optimisation, meta tags, and headings etc. to improve search engine ranking of platform content
  • Prepare articles and content to support commercialisation and adoption of the Bank’s products & services, including connected banking capabilities
  • Review and, if necessary, edit articles submitted by connected banking partners and members to ensure the content are in line with HSBC’s and BG platform content policy
  • Track BG platform usage performance
  • Provide administrative support to Business Banking Strategic Growth and Digital Channel team and cover other Business Banking team on need basis
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • University graduate with extensive general banking experience in commercial banking, business development and banking products
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and HSBC’s connected banking capabilities
  • With effective communication, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
  • Strong writing skills in English and Chinese, versatile in language styles commonly used in Hong Kong and mainland China
  • Organised, self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to turn data into insights
  • Candidates with knowledge/ experience on SEO management will be an advantage
