We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Finance Operations

Principal responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for all monthly Alternatives MI data submissions and commentary.
  • Provide accurate and timely MI input to business stakeholders across locations.
  • Coordinate with onshore counterparts to deliver monthly MI packs, Alternative Investments reports, and AUM-based commentaries.
  • Track flows, commitments, and dry powder to support investment and performance analysis.
  • Drive automation of recurring reports using tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, and Rafter.
  • Support new MI build and take on analytics transitioned from other teams or locations.
  • Partner with Fund Admin teams and Alt Ops to ensure alignment and consistency of fund-related data and cost center setups.
  • Own and manage mapping processes for cost centers and product structures relevant to Alternatives.
  • Lead system simplification initiatives and support enhancements across Finance and Business platforms.
  • Contribute to the demise of legacy reports and design new MI dashboards to support changing business needs.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree required, preference for Finance, Economics or Business.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in MI, Business Analytics, or Investment/Financial Data Reporting roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Anaplan, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of Alternatives investments (Private Equity, Real Assets, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; VBA/Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data to senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
