We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Maximises productivity, efficiency and profitability
- Ensure the highest level of support to meet on-going business needs and expectations both during & post migration
- Manages day-to-day operational activities to safeguard the bank from potential loss
- Develops a quality staff force through good performance, achieving fast goal and through training and motivation
- Supports new business development and change initiatives
- Executes approved strategies and business plans
Requirements
To be successful you have:
- Strong experience in Securities Operations with experience in settlement is advantage
- Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content. Energetic, results focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills. Personal qualities of stability, maturity and leadership. Team player and people motivator
- First class interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills. Excellent communicator, ability to work in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or business studies equivalent
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of HK stock market, Stock Connect, US Stock market is advantage
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Structured Derivative is advantage
