We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst (12 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support daily processes, reconciliations, control reviews, documentation and ad-hoc assignments
  • Analyse and identify gaps and issues on daily operation processes
  • Analyse and identify gaps and feasibility on business initiatives
  • Propose and implement recommendations, such as, but not limited to, risk mitigation, process improvements, system change initiatives
  • Participate in user testing, process evaluation, preparing documentation
    including process flows and procedures, progress reports, project documentations
  • Effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders to collect user requirements, conduct trainings and post reviews
  • Analyse and prepare MIs and regular & ad-hoc reporting
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Junior years of experience in banking and securities operations processing
    with exposure of investment products, finance and credit. Understanding of banking products, operation processes and procedures, risks and controls
  • To appreciate dynamic, fast pacing market and environment challenges. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • To be a team player, detail-oriented, multitasking, agile and fast-learning
  • To be an undergraduate degree holder
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
  • To be strong in advanced Excel and data analytic tools
