We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant specialist
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate different projects and provide inputs to different stakeholders.
- Allocate work to team members and ensure the resource utilization
- Participate in design and technical reviews and provide inputs
- Review the deliverables and ensure the quality of the product
- Initiate process and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team mebers and help to groom them.
- Business and other stakeholder management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant work experience of 8-12 years in Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, REXX, SELCOPY
- Knowledge on Rdz and its different functions
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Team Player who is self and quick learner
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Who can take complete ownership of assigned tasks, be accountable and committed.
- Hardworking and flexible to work base on project demands.
- Must have hands on experience into end to end impact analysis, creating high and low level design
- Must have hands on experience on CICS, DB2 and Batch programs.
- Ability to manage globally distributed, multi-site teams and delegate work.
- Good knowledge on SDLC, Agile and DevOps operating model.
- Experience in change management.
- Basic understanding of microservices and drive the POD for API delivery as well.
