 International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) 

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth. Our wealth management teams provide financial planning and advice and market insight and updates, as well as products in areas such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, who work to understand the financial needs of clients and create strategies to meet their objectives, as well as technical product experts, sales managers and support staff

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

l  To assist Division Manager to lead a customer development team in people management, sales performance management, training and coaching, and operational risk control, so as to maximize the productivity of the team and contribute to the achievement of business strategy with high quality sales and service standard.

l   Closely monitoring the sales and services quality provided by team members so as to ensure the sales/service process is strictly followed and the delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience.

l   To ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.

l  To manage, lead and motivate a team of highly mobile sales staff, and to lead a mobile sales team to focus on activities to expand HSBC’s new to wealth acquisition.

l  Role success will be achieved by focusing on striving to develop new relationships outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

l  Proven ability in mobile sales

l  Current product/market knowledge

l  Excellent customer service skills

l  Managerial experience

l  At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function

l  Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills

l  Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills

l  Result driven and able to work under pressure

l  Good spoken and written English
