Risk
Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-
(1) Events Support
(including adhoc activities and quarterly Town hall)
- Apply building access for visitor;
-Book meeting rooms, FM service and IT service;
-Device testing (i.e. video, microphone, audio etc.) before the event;
-Raise PO in Fusion once we got the confirmation from GPU;
-Other onsite logistics work.
(2) GSC China Domestic Invoice
- Provide support on courier the hard copy of supporting document to AP team.
(3) Newsletter
- Provide support on consolidating inputs and format preparation for quarterly newsletter of Risk and Compliance.
(4) FM Circular
Help to cascade the FM emails to #HBCN_CMP_CNQ(1) Events Support
(including adhoc activities and quarterly Town hall)

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
In-branch:
- (1) Keen to learn
(2) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure
(3) Strong skills in MS Office
(4) Preferrably 6-12 months
