The role of the Senior Project Manager, Client Implementation & Integration, is pivotal in shaping global and local client relationships by leading a team to manage multiple payments and liquidity projects as well the technical aspects of a client’s project.  You’ll lead the charge in onboarding client onto our channels and solutions, ensuring seamless transitions and driving satisfaction, and will relationship manage several top tier clients yourself. 

As our Client Implementation & Integration Manager you will:

  • Take ownership of client relationships post-sales, leading client communication throughout the project life cycle and beyond
  • Contribute to client workshops to understand and support their treasury and business automation goals
  • Employ proactive project management methodologies and utilize our scalable organizational design to manage multiple complex and global client projects effectively
  • Streamline documentation processes uses tools like GDOCS to ensure accurate, timely  and frictionless delivery of GPS product documentation
  • Act as the central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, effectively communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure client can operate their account and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including Operations, Product, Digital Channel, Legal, Sales and IT to optimize internal processes and project delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Net Promoter Score, providing valuable feedback to Product and Digital Channel Management to improve client experience
  • Drive the strategic initiatives of the GPS business, promoting a positive culture by maintaining a balance approach to work and life, even when under pressure

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $75,000.00 and $155,000.00

 The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Extensive experience in building effective client and stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in payments and liquidity product knowledge
  • A strong understanding of various industry file formats and testing methodologies
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Experience of successful project management, utilizing relevant tools and techniques to ensure a consistent client experience
