We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Collections Analytics Specialist.
Principal responsibilities
- Key activities and decision making areas
- Stakeholder Management & Analytical capability
- Ensure effective and appropriate structure and format is in place for Management Information (MI), which fully and accurately represents achievement of key business deliverables.
- Management Information (MI) and other business data requirements are completed accurately and supporting statistics/reports/returns are presented to business/management within agreed timescales.
- Escalate any variance on time late any variances on time
- Understand client requirements with minimal handholding & design analytical plan/approach required to complete project
- Construct approach and project plan needed to generate / validate hypothesis and identify data needs
- Improve business knowledge by constantly focusing on applicability and business value of projects
- Developing dashboards and solutions for business
- Manage multiple projects efficiently based on guidance from line manager
- Review and produce Management Information (MI) in a specified format which is easily understood by business units, while giving them an idea of Full Time Employee benefit for migrating.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good understanding of contact center dynamics e.g. procedures, processes, agent skills and training, regulatory requirements .
- Good understanding of Collections processes.
- Experience of preparing various data MIS using key metrics and delivering within short timelines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, example:Excel (Vba,Power Query, Power Pivot and Lambda Functions), PowerPoint and Word
- Evidence of collaboration and communication with other functions of the business.
- Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment
- An understanding of how HSBC organizational structure across business and functions would be beneficial.
- Ability to work on own initiative and under tight time pressures.
- Managing all access requests for Collections team.
- Produce weekly/monthly Management Information (MI) for back office.
- Ability to build relationships and work with various teams in Collections.
