We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Lead the IT pod for technical delivery and BAU support\
- Analysis, Design, develop and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements
- Refactoring and continuous improvements of the code bases is vital
- Taking responsibility of releases and contributing to the ongoing support of the live services
- Reduce technical risk / debt in solution proposal, system design and implementation
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices and how they affect product quality and delivery
- Knowledge of agile practices and understand how and why they work
- We promote a DevOps culture so you will need to look beyond pure programming and get involved with the deployment and operation of the software we build
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years' solid working experience in software design, development and testing, as well as relevant IT development and experience in Java programming.
- Strong Java, Sprint Boot, Sprint Cloud, Sprint MVC, Micro-service knowledge
- Strong experiences on SQL and database design for application。
- Familiar with message server e.g. JMS, MQ, web services, Restful and JVM optimization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Strong Experienced in the DevOps and Agile
- Strong communication skills and documentation skills, Professional in oral and written English.
- Candidate should be a good team player and has working experience in virtual team across borders
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure under a dynamic working environment
- Experienced in cloud application (AWS, Ali, GCP…) development and support is an advantage
- Experienced in communication service is an advantage, like send SMS, email, letter, contracts, account statement etc. And some knowledge to integrate with social media channel (like WhatsApp, WeChat) is welcome.
- Experience with International product is an advantage
