We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CIB - Credit & Lending Tech
Principal responsibilities
- Provide level 2 support to the application.
- Perform trouble shooting, problem investigation of the application.
- Works with development team to develop a fix to the application.
- Produce MI statistic to senior stakeholders to ensure full transparency of the issue for taking necessary action to remediate problem.
- Perform quick identification of issue, working close with Product support team to resolve business enquiry.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Powerapps, Dataverse, Power BI) is preferred.
- Knowledge in workflow, commercial banking is preferred.
Requirements
Specification
- Master degree is best to have, Bachelor is must.
- A minimum of 10 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional website testing.
- Strong understanding on production support and agile development methodology.
- Fluent communication skills in spoken and listen English to communicate with UK and IN people.
- Convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations.
- A highly-motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude.
- Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule and cost effective way.
