We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CIB - GPS Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Accountable for Leading the testers to proceed the corresponding test activites in CIB wholesale GPS CBCC;
• Support a testing team with a global array of talents and responsibilities to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies and communications;
• Communicate with different stakeholders on testing team plan/supply and reporting progress and risk.
• Carry out detailed requirements analysis on project scope, test strategy selection and automation execution plan.
• Work with test members on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverage.
• Innovate usage and performance of existent automation code.
• Coordinate with different role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution.
• Foresee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing.
• Provide consultant to test teams on process and work efficiency optimisation.
• Hold knowledge share activities and keep uplift test team capability.

• A minimum of 8 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially multiple platforms testing experience of banking related.
• A minimum of 5 year's experiences on functional testing with strong technical knowledge on test automation frameworks, e.g. Python + Selenium/Pytest + Allure, etc.
• Rich experience on all-in-one test team management, especially: Function test, Automation test, Security test, Performance test, API test, Chaos test.
• Experience in organizing the test activities, creating the test strategy, test plan and executing the test cases.
• Experience on using the test automation toolkits, e.g Cucumber, Jmeter, Load Runner, Gatling, Postman etc.
• Fluent communication skills in written, spoken and listen English to communicate with global team.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe development working model.
• Presenting and convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations.
• Self-motivated and highly professional, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
• Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule and cost effective way.
• Working with different cultures and could handle daily work in multiple threads.
• Experience in the test activites of global payment systems is the advantage.

• Exposure to java/Spring boot.
• API gateway fundamentals
• Splunk and AppDynamics, kind of tools
