We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: HASE Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Lead the production support team to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production support for banking or financial software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 4 years of IT Production support experience.
- Experience with AppDynamic , Splunk toolings or others.
