We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities                                            
•Automated Testing Execution:
•Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related applications.
•Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure robust test coverage.
•Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, define test cases, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
•Quality Assurance Support:
•Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) as an active team member.
•Identify, document, and track defects; work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
•Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes by integrating automated tests into pipelines.
•Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
•Work closely with cross-functional team members to promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
•Support efforts to optimize testing processes, increase automation coverage, and improve service quality.
•Assist in preparing test data, environments, and documentation as required.
•Stakeholder Communication:
•Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to team members and relevant stakeholders.
•Support business users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases.

Requirements

•University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technology delivery, quality assurance, or technology consulting, with at least 1 year focused on automated testing for Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code solutions.
•Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Power Platform test tools, Azure DevOps).
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Experience in regulated environments or financial services is an advantage.
•Domain knowledge in Private Banking and CRM systems is a plus.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile certifications) are desirable but not required.
