We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities 
• Design, develop, and review high-quality code for cloud-native systems to meet project requirements.
• Lead the development and integration of AI-related APIs, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Independently design and implement AI Agents, leveraging modern AI frameworks and tools.
• Set up and manage cloud-native environments to ensure smooth development, deployment, and operation.
• Deliver projects on schedule while adhering to engineering and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
• Manage the full project lifecycle for cloud-native platforms, including requirement gathering, story splitting, estimation, planning, SIT, UAT, PVT, and release support.
• Define and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and review technical documents in English, such as specifications and reports.
• Mentor and lead teams in AI-related development and API modernization projects.
• Identify, track, and maintain defect history while visualizing key metrics.
• Utilize tools like Jira, SQL, and Insomnia for effective project management.
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills to ensure project success.

• Excellent communication skills to understand and translate business requirements effectively.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI Agents and AI-related systems.
• Experience leading teams in AI-related projects and API modernization.
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
• Ability to independently complete functional designs, break down tasks, and create detailed design documentation.
• Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality code.
• Experience in project refactoring and optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in Spring Cloud and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in JVM tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment, particularly in environments like Alibaba Cloud or Kubernetes.
• Basic front-end development skills, including experience with mobile and web applications.
