We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: Enterprise Technology L3
Principal responsibilities
Works with business users, downstream stakeholders and business analysts to recommend viable IT solutions to meet the requirements.
Works with project team to perform end-to-end delivery of the project, with output including requirement analysis, architecture / solution design, coding, testing (manually and automated), releasing and defect fixing with required visibility.
Produces documentations and conducts elaborations on solutions to ensure maintainability and smooth implementation.
Production support and incident reaction as part of the global team.
Takes ownership of major components / projects to make sound technical decisions to delivery reasonable and cost-efficient solutions with good maintainability and supports the team members to implement the solution with good quality.
Participates and supports team’s events / activities and helps in team’s continuous improvements in delivery productivity, collaboration and visibility.
Proficient in Java programming language, familiar with JVM and performance tuning.
Proficient in Spring and Spring boot, experience in micro-service and Rest API.
Familiar with test like unit test, integration test, regression test.
Familiar with database, experience in performance tuning, nice to have experience in spark.
Proficient in tools like IDEA, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, maven and nexus, familiar with ELK and Grafana.
Familiar with Linux, shell script and python.
Familiar with cloud platform, like AWS, GCP.
Good to have experience in Hadoop, Docker, K8s.
Have good understanding on Agile, DevOps, CICD.
Have good coding habits and easy to work with.
