We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
AI Solutions Delivery:
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of AI-driven projects that support group-wide business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization within existing systems and processes.
Business Analysis:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide the development and deployment of AI solutions.
Agile Project Management:
Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure Agile best practices are followed, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, execute test cases, and manage defect resolution.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
Identify and address project challenges and roadblocks, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
Continuously assess and enhance business analysis processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is a plus.
Professional Experience:
Business Analysis: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Agile Methodology: At least 3 years of experience working in Agile environments with a strong background as a Scrum Master.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with overseas teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the banking sector.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
Soft Skills:
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional teams.
Can-Do Attitude: Proactive and positive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
What additional skills will be good to have?
Project Management Experience:
Experience in managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Testing Expertise:
Over 3 years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and performance testing.
Technical Proficiency:
Coding experience in Python or similar programming languages, particularly for automating testing processes.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Certifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
AI & Machine Learning:
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning projects, including understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and related applications.
