Description:

  • To work with IT teams to provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise and represent Identity and Access Management (IAM) on all projects where Identity and Access Management (IAM) input is required;
  • To be the main point of contact for all business partners and internal customers;
  • Work collaboratively with Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams/peers around Group HSBC;
  • Fulfil requests according to approved workflow tools and environments;
  • Regularly provide evidence to internal Monitoring and Controls Platform team as well as for Audit requests;
  • Translate technical information into consumable reports that can be shared with business and technology stakeholders;
  • Promote best practices in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and communicate the importance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls standards to our supported business partners.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide support for business projects and initiatives;
  • Provide consulting on standard operational processes, best practices and control requirements;
  • Support local Cyber Lead in any other Cyber related need;
  • Provide troubleshooting / problem resolution support;
  • Review and recommend security operational processes for current and new technologies to improve Cybersecurity controls;
  • Identify security exposures through Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry knowledge and best practices;
  • Disseminate Cybersecurity culture through communication and awareness;
  • Ensure deliverables on agreed SLA and in full accordance and commitment with HSBC policies and standards.
