We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

Business: CTO Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Accountable/Oversee for customer data migration from various core banking source into CDMS(Customer Data Management Services) with mongo DB.
• Follow internal DevOps principals. Coordinating with ITPMs and Architects. Involve actively in the design of high-level and low-level architecture design of On-premises development, test, staging and production environment
• Ensure the project is completed on time and with budget and Manage risks and issues that arise during the migration process.
• Work with Product/business stakeholders to identify the in scope/out off scope data, ensure fully coverage on CDMS product usage
• Explore data migration tool and design the overall end to end data migration strategy and signoff with business. 
• Lead data team to tackle various challenge of moving to new platform and provide technical guideline to migration package, ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, ensure the data migration package can be reused in the coming markets.
• Solid experience on customer data and technical capability, able to identify data gap origins from historical reason, platform difference or any other reason. Define practical data clear up procedure and execute it.
• Define and develop overall data migration validation/monitoring process, to ensure data migration accuracy and provide full visibility on data migration end to end process, improve the overall performance to fulfill hard timeline.
• Resolving all the technical and process blockers for migration. Ensuring right amount of various testing (functional, performance, Security etc) is performed
• Strong influencing, written and verbal communication skills. Leadership experience, including managing a team of IT resources. Background in Agile and the adoption of best practices.
• Be able to understand complex business requirements, new technologies and be able to influence teams to adopt new practices. 
• Be capable of making complex decisions and resolving escalations. Problem solver, Understanding of system design to implement for reliability using appropriate logging, altering and monitoring mechanisms. Experienced in managing and influencing complex stakeholders at all levels within IT and the business, plus building lasting relationships

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in full customer full lifecycle journey and diagnostic for application troubleshooting and performance-optimization 
• Must have skills - Define clear product, Proven massive/complex data migration experience. Python, Microservices design, REST API, Kafka, MongoDB.
• Experience in monitoring and observability technologies 
• Experience in Scheduling tools like Control-M 
• Hands-on in SQL and NonSQL in a plus 
• Knowledge of i-series db400 and z-series VSAM is a plus
• Use of AI tool to automate full-base data migration via db dump or CSV
• Exposure with Kafka data streaming service to automate data sync event
• Hands on experience in fostering a strong engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment
• Team management experience leveraging on Agile method is a plus; running daily or regular stand-up internal, Kanban-boarding to identify parallel analysis works dependency and to identify critical path
• Assist Scrum Master and Test Manager to define data validation test kit and work with business and data modeler to derive data level unit test case 
• Track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to enable engineers to develop more productively and with high quality
• Good communication skills, be able to talk to a variety of stakeholders including senior members
• Ability to work independently and think out of the box.
