This role is a key member of the Digital Channels team in IWPB UAE. The Digital Data and Analytics Manager
is accountable for overseeing the data, analytics and reporting function of the digital channels team.
The role holder will play a pivotal role in the delivery of key analytics and reporting requirements for the Digital Channels team, ensuring accuracy of the data and providing key insights to help shape the Digital Channels strategy. The role holder will work with the Digital Sales to analyse a mix of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (internal and external) to identify opportunities across topics like, but not limited to:
• Transaction Migration
• Partnership sales performance
• Digital Journey conversion funnels
• Assisted Digital
• New To Bank (NTB) eligibility, funding and cross sell rates
• Credit card spend and attrition
• Customer Communications (CLCM) Effectiveness
• Marketing and Media agency effectiveness
The role holder will work closely with the Digital Sales Managers to prepare the quarterly data priorities to support the Global PI planning process. The role holder will also work closely with Data and Analytics colleagues, based locally and remotely, to ensure timely and accurate sharing of existing reporting and to define new data and analytics requirements.

Knowledge / Experience
• Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
• Digital and Data expert with proven experience in managing, structuring and interpretating data.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• A results-oriented mindset, capable of delivering tangible high-impact outcomes.
• Strong skills on Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex topics.
