We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Director, Group AI Platform Product.

Business: Emerging Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the strategic vision for the Group AI Platform, aligning with the bank’s broader AI Strategy and business priorities.
  • Translate the needs of data scientists, AI engineers, and business users into a scalable product roadmap.
  • Own the platform’s value proposition, user experience, and product lifecycle.
  • Act as the product voice in steering committees, leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Prioritize platform capabilities including model development tooling, feature stores, MLOps pipelines, governance layers, and AI observability frameworks.
  • Lead the product backlog, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in partnership with technical leads and scrum teams.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and internal risk reviews tied to AI platform capabilities

Requirements

      Technical:

      • Product Ownership in Enterprise Tech OR Data Platforms OR AI/ML Infrastructure.
      • Modern ML lifecycle tools (e.g., model training, CI/CD, orchestration, feature stores, monitoring)
