We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a District Operations Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

The role holder will:

  • Lead a local collection of areas/branches
  • Deliver the Network strategy, being accountable for implementing the face to face component of the plan including overall structure, sales goals, Profit and Loss performance, leads/sales prospect management and overall customer experience in their region/area
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring both their own and employee conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Ensure all critical risk tasks are conducted thoroughly, such as KYC, Anti-Money Laundering and workflows to control and manage governance, risk management and compliance standards
  • Support the Head of Network in the delivery of the regional plan
  • Lead a collection of local areas/branches
Requirements
  • University level education in business or a related discipline preferred
  • Jobholder should possess good branch control concept, people management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be fluent in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge in Putonghua preferred
  • With 10-12 years as executive and 5-10 years in branch management, good leadership and a highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Strong management planning and coaching capabilities and ability to motivate and support teamwork
