We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with Plug-Ins and Custom Workflow Activities using Microsoft C#.
• Extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with JavaScript and WebAPI.
• Assist on optimizing DevOps processes, e.g. CI/CD Pipelines, etc.
• Develop using GitHub and GitHub Co-Pilot.
• Assist with Testing Automation and Manual Testing
• Document User Stories, Acceptance criteria and use Agile methodology
• Communicate with people and stakeholders at different levels
• ·     Work under pressure and manage own time, ability to work on own or as part of a team and take ownership of development and support tasks assigned to ultimate resolution.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI).  Be able to give examples and articulate business benefits.
• Proven Extensive experience in extending Dynamics 365 with Plug-Ins using C#.  Be able to give examples and articulate business benefits.
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 with JavaScript and WebAPI.  Be able to give examples and articulate business benefits.
• Proven Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, creating pipelines, formal release procedures and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Testing lifecycle and proven experience in unit testing, and system testing (manual and automated)
• Relevant work experience of Agile (e.g. Scrum, Sprints, Kanban, etc.)
• Able to articulate complex ideas in presentations and demos to different levels of the business, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of Production Support processes and procedures

• Exposure to and knowledge of Financial Services
• Ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed business/IT Teams
• Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment and effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams
• Strong leadership and management ability, motivating and mentoring colleagues
• Strong process implementation and management skills, experience of using IT systems & reporting tools
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and as part of a Global virtual team across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Familiarity with Incident / Problem / Change and Release Management procedures.
