What you will do:
The role holder will provide best in class customer service while supporting HSBC Ireland’s Commercial Banking customers and relationship managers. Also, ensuring that the services are provided in line with the relevant HSBC Group standards, regulations, and risk management.
In this role you will:
• Demonstrate commitment to personal development through the Career Path Programme
• Ensure a Proven track record of excellent client service and KPI delivery.
• Work effectively with a broad range of HSBC stakeholders and department initiatives, projects underway and new products in the pipeline.
• Maintain Client awareness to understand and identify further opportunities to improve client service and increase efficiencies or generate cost savings.
• Maintain accurate control and oversight over all migrated processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all ETF deliverables.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of ETF Operating Model and ensure Fund Administrators operate in accordance with same.
• Provide Management Information System on a regular basis to Management and external parties as required.
• Drive efficiencies through automation.
• Ensure ETF operations procedure is followed and ensure management of risks of any issue arising.
You should apply if you have:
• A sound understanding of risk management, its impact on the ETF process and mitigating tools or techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of ETF’s (Exchange Traded Funds) and have excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Are client aware and contribute to a successful business implementation process and on boarding of new funds.
