In this role you will:

  • Performing a variety of administrative support for the Head of Corporate Banking such as arranging internal and external meetings, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing presentations and supporting documents
  • Office support including responsibility of office equipment and maintenance
  • Communicating with Clients and HSBC stakeholders at all seniority levels
  • Provide ad-hoc support to visiting executives including travel logistics
  • Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing external relationships and service providers
  • Ongoing monitoring of approvals and expenses ensuring records are maintained for audit purposes
  • Providing assistance to meet the needs of the Team Leaders, management of meeting and travel schedules, as required

You should apply if you have:

  • Role holder must be located in Israel.
  • 5 years’ experience, 2-3 years’ experience as a Senior Level Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hebrew, strong interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of accountability and ownership.
  • High attention to details.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • High knowledge of Office – Power Point, Word, Excel, Advanced Word, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe.
