We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an FX Specialist - Global Private Banking. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Primarily to serve Active Direct Access Clients as the principal contact on advice, dealing and risk monitoring of FX trades
  • Work with Relationship Managers on eligible client acquisition for Active Direct Access Client proposition
  • Support Relationship Managers in advising and executing eligible FX solutions for clients
  • Monitoring and manage the risk of overall FX positions / exposure of the clients within your portfolio
  • Ensure proper controls are in place to handle margin shortfall, margin call and close out for clients
Requirements
  • Proven ability to serve Active Direct Access Clients on FX and generate sales
  • Strong knowledge and experience in FX market with ability to derive and deliver FX recommendations across multiple currencies
  • Familiar with option strategies, derivatives and structured products
  • Familiar with dynamic Greek-based margining system and methodology
  • Solid dealing capabilities, with attention to details and good knowledge in dealing systems
  • Able to work under pressure and execute client orders accurately and effectively
  • Strong sales, marketing and presentation skills
  • Team player with outstanding relationship building skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
