Job Advert Details
This is the position in Securities Finance team
• Prepare and submit regular local regulatory reports & any ad-hoc regulatory request from FSS, KOFIA, BOK, KDIC etc.
• Update any changes in local regulations
• Prepare local Financial statements, calculate NCR & liquidity Ratio
• Proper communication from the queries relating to the numbers/ratio from the internal and external stakeholders including group
• Prepare and Review the necessary journal entries including expense, revenue, lease, tax, daily PL JE, cash entries etc.
• Local book closing and management
• Control and review local accounting (BS/PL balance and movement) and financial/regulatory reporting procedures.
• Monitor accounting procedures and identifying any inconsistency with the local accounting treatment in the existing accounting records
• Lead the VAT and Education tax process
• Support the external auditing
• Support the project including the ownership transfer/automation and so on.
• Active communication with internal and external stakeholders
Information
• University degree in Accounting or Business is preferable.
• Experience in Securities accounting and reporting is preferable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effective problem solver.
• Proficient knowledge of Korean & English (written and spoken) with good communication skills.
• Strong accounting knowledge and problem solving skill.
• Self-motivation
