Full Stack Engineer, HSBC Technology & Services (USA) Inc., Jersey City, NJ:

 

Develop micro services architecture-based software for enabling Infrastructure Automation as per HSBC standards. Provide technical leadership, project planning, consulting, and strategy for projects including on-time delivery and quality. Design and engineer software with the customer/user experience as a key objective. Integrate Application Programming Interface (API)s with other HSBC Systems. Perform Unit and Functional Testing. Develop Continuous Improvement and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated deployment. Trouble shoot and address any issues raised by users.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Pay range: $169,229 to $179,229 per year.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any field), Computer Science, or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience.

 
Must have 7 years of experience in:

·         Java, J2EE, and Java Spring Boot;

·         Relational database management system (RDMBS) (e.g., Oracle or SQL Server);

·         Application Servers WebSphere or Tomcat;

·         SQL scripts;

·         Unix and scripting languages like Shell and Python; and

·         Rest API and Microservices.

Must have 3 years of experience in:

·         Mule Soft;

·         Configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, or similar);

·         Kubernetes; and

·         DevOps Tools, GIT, Confluence, Jira, and Jenkins.
