The Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering Governance Manager will directly report to the Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering Governance & Delivery Lead, supporting the Cyber Technology & Engineering Leadership Team to provide timely and accurate internal & external reporting, presentations as well as drive process improvement projects.
What you’ll do
• Responsible for the preparation of Steering Committee materials and executive level reports.• Maintaining an effective governance framework for Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering, including facilitation of Cybersecurity Leadership Meetings.• Working with stakeholders in Cybersecurity and across Businesses and Functions to identify and implement continuous improvements.• Evaluating existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.• Conducting thorough analysis of current workflows, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and developing effective solutions.• Collaborating with all capabilities in Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering to gather input, understand process requirements and develop improvement strategies.• Driving a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the Cybersecurity Technology & Engineering team.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority• Strong analytical and written presentation skills with ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attentiveness to detail.• A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.• A drive, willing to get to the bottom of inefficiencies and bottlenecks.• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner.• Knowledge other Microsoft office tools (such as PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint is required to publish and manage the reports efficiently.• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks, e.g. Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen or others is a plus.• Knowledge of Cybersecurity is an advantage but not a must. (knowledge of basic concepts such as IAM; Networks Security; cryptography; data protection)
