In support of our ambition to be the world’s #1 Corporate & Institutional Bank, we are accelerating our plans to improve our Credit and Capital Management processes to drive better customer outcomes and enable growth. Credit and Capital Management COO aspires to establish a world class end to end credit management function, uplift customer experience, deliver a modern risk management capability and mechanisms to actively manage and distribute the Bank’s balance sheet.
Analytics Foundations Enabler delivers standardised, innovative, common automation capabilities across multiple model management and advanced analytics use cases to achieve faster time to market, reduced costs, improved models’ performance and regulatory compliance.
The Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) will work with colleagues across multi-disciplinary teams to produce and own business user requirements, functional specifications and business cases, validate and prioritise project requirements.
The PM/BA will support the delivery of strategic vision for the Analytics Foundation Enabler infrastructure and related changes in response to the regulatory and business requests.
What you’ll do
- Manage the project approach and build stakeholder buy in around the project plans, commitments and changes.
- Understanding of data / process flows for model delivery lifecycle.
- Support management of scope schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget.
- Support the Programmes Director to monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to portfolio leads, internal stakeholders and steering committees.
- Make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
- Support governance and control activities in line with stakeholder needs and aligned to organisation’s processes.
- Ensure adherence to standard controls and drive teams to achieve compliance under the change delivery framework
- Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT, Operations and agreed Future State Architecture.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- 7+ years of experience in change delivery in banking
- Track record of leading delivery through teams directly and indirectly across local and remote environments
- Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments
- Evidence of managing and satisfying multiple stakeholders and perspectives in a fluid and changing environment
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
- Business analysis experience
- Prior exposure to the Modelling or Analytics domain
- Understanding of credit risk and regulatory capital is advantageous
- Prior management consulting experience is desirable
