This is an opportunity to join the Traded, Treasury Risk & Analytics Transformation team which has successfully delivered a range of award-winning infrastructure enhancements. We wish to increase the team’s focus on delivering process change. The successful candidate will have experience in process re-engineering or target operating model design and departmental communications.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with colleagues in Traded Risk to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage re-engineering and other initiatives to improve processing efficiencies.
- Develop the transformation team’s process re-engineering skills.
- Support the quarterly business review process for the Traded & Treasury Risk Value Stream.
What you need to have to succeed in this role:
- Must have prior experience in a markets business or supporting function such as Traded Risk, Global Banking and Markets Finance. Product Control or Markets Operations
- Experience dealing with target operating model design or process engineering.
- Stakeholder management experience around change initiatives.
- Experience of department-wide communications
- Demonstrate organisational and project management skills.
