Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. Candidate will be responsible for all Digital Business Services (DBS) Early Careers Talent Acquisition attraction, selection, and onboarding globally for HSBC, the world's largest Bank.

To work with the business globally to deliver the DBS Global Emerging Talent Recruitment Strategy and selection process for all Emerging Talent into Graduate, Intern, Degree Apprenticeship, Insight and Work Experience programmes. DBS recruit across 7 Global markets – APAC, EMEA and LATAM

In this role you will:

•    Work with Stakeholders and Business sponsors to plan and execute the selection process to meet DBS Technology and Operations Emerging Talent needs.
•    Lead a ‘best in market’ candidate experience during selection, onboarding and ‘keep warm’ period.
•    Use a data driven approach to evaluate the success of the selection process, validate, and ensure no adverse impact. Ensuring the priorities are understood and realised.
•    Manage demand planning at a global scale to ensure the process is executed efficiently and commercially.
•    Own and build active relationships and knowledge base with external vendors. Horizon scanning to ensure the process remains competitive. 
•    Attend industry seminars to keep abreast of industry developments / competitor activity and share learning with team and stakeholders.      
•    Ensure global hiring targets are defined against Strategic Workforce plans. 
•    Ensure accurate M.I is regularly collated and maintained on marketing / campus campaign success and hiring activity, liaising with colleagues in the global regions to ensure a full picture. 
•    Support D&I Specialist in the design and implementation of all new Diversity recruiting programmes and activities ensuring they are fit for purpose in DBS.
•    Lead local teams to identify and target new Courses/Universities to broaden the pool of diverse talent and build understanding of target universities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Strong Stakeholder Management up to Senior level.
•    Proven Emerging Talent recruitment and marketing experience (ideally within a global Financial Services or Professional Services environment). 
•    Ability to develop and execute strategy at a global level.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently a self-starter, an excellent listener, able to identify and translate strategies into action. 
•    Previous assessment centre design and planning experience.
•    Knowledge of EVP and marketing and attraction content and strategies.
•    Good understanding of different educational systems (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific).
•    Experience of HR systems / databases / Applicant Tracking Systems/ Procurement.
•    Vendor management experience (preferable) eg RPO, Selection partner.
•    Must be fluent in English, additional language eg Mandarin, Spanish would be a nice to have.
•    Experience of working with China is desirable, not essential.
